Cardio Tennis is available each week, come and try the tennis fitness program to music, get fit, have fun, tone down and maybe shed a couple of kilo’s.This really is a great program getting a lot of new people into tennis and bringing those people back who haven’t played for while.

CARDIO TENNIS FITNESS CHALLENGE (Recommences for Term 3, 2019)
Our NEW Cardio Tennis Fitness Challenge aims to motivate participants to take part in regular cardio sessions over set number of weeks to reach their fitness goals, make new friends, play loads of tennis and most importantly have fun while getting fit.
BIG PRIZES for the WINNER at the end of each Challenge.
During a Cardio Tennis Fitness Challenge participants can be rewarded with points for a range of activities:
- Attending a Workout – 100points
- Bring a Friend – 75points
- Claim your FREE Shirt – 50points
- Achieving a New Personal Best Calorie Burn – 50points
- Upload a Picture/Check In to Social Media – 25points
*Payments can be made by direct debit with both fortnightly and quarterly payment options or upfront credit card payments are also available. Transaction fees are payable on both options (see the registration page for details).
Payment does not include 2019 Club Membership which is payable before third lesson to Pimpama Island Sports Association Incorporation.
Lessons will be held as per schedule only if a minimum number of players are enrolled in the class. Enrolments are subject to ACTA Policies which can be found here
